On a recent trip overseas, we went to hospital that was extremely crowded. There one very obvious difference from many local hospitals. The family members were happy. The patients were happy. Administration was happy. The doctors were happy, and yes, the the nurses were happy too.
Why? There was an appreciation for the people providing the healthcare, and because of that appreciation the healthcare providers were happy too. You can’t find that everywhere, but you can find a person who respects you, appreciates you, and demands the same from others for you through RNFIND and its Nursing Agent Program.

RNFIND was developed in 2002 by The Partnership Institute, LLC, and is currently managed under the PiSquares business segment.
The Partnership Institute, LCC also provides educational instruction at over 2000 educational facilities worldwide through “DBESTPRO”, its education segment. This is also where we house our internal learning management system (LMS) called EZWITS, which works in 12 languages, and is optmized for video instruction.
The third and final segment is Iron Knee Video and Entertainment, which provides video production, video website optimizations, and specialized video on demand channel development.

AGENT REPRESENTATION
Nurses are not always treated well. In our opinion nurses need to have representation to work where they want, when they want, and for a fair wage. Agents are also designed to provide advice on life matters and are provided at no cost to the nurse.
THE TEXAS LADDER
The Texas Ladder is a design where we work with healthcare students who are trying to climb the career ladder by leveraging temporary and full time employment options so they are economically supported while going to school.
WORLDWIDE DEVELOPMENT
RNFIND was originally founded to use partial revenues from placing nurses in other countries as a means of paying for new students. What was previously a “Brain Drain” becomes a “Brain Gain”.
